The stages of developing a program for working in a car service

Project planning

We analyze the goals: acceleration of diagnostics, automation of recording and calculation processes in the car service, integration with partner platforms (traffic police, insurers, service stations). We define the architecture, a set of key modules, and external systems for integration.

Designing the user interface

We are developing the application structure taking into account different roles: user, service station, administrator. Creating a UX/UI designer: dashboards, diagnostic screens, chats, reports, schedules, and spare parts search. We are making prototypes of the portal and the admin panel.
