At the time of the beginning of cooperation with LightTech, our client had a project for the analysis and monitoring of social networks. However, it became obvious that the existing functionality is not enough to meet modern business needs.
There was a need to optimize the platform's tools.
To provide growth opportunities for businesses by integrating modern tools into a platform for monitoring, analyzing and analyzing social networks.
We conducted a UI audit, compiled a list of edits, and then prioritized them based on the expected effect and the necessary resources for implementation.
We have developed features that affect UI and UX. So, we improved the search engine and the filter system, improved the navigation of the detailed blogger's page, etc.

The application can be operated online via a web browser, no installation is required on a computer.

By default, Scrum was used as a project management methodology, but custom elements were introduced for comfortable inter-team interaction.
As part of the social media monitoring and analytics system project, it was advantageous for the customer to delegate the relevant tasks to our team instead of creating and maintaining their own frontend department. This interaction made it possible to connect staff selectively at certain stages of the project.

We continue to interact with the client as part of the expansion of the system's functionality, and we are working on moving beyond the analysis of social networks to the media.
There are plans to jointly develop a new page for monitoring the television section with the ability to track channels and broadcasts, analyze the audience and topics of interest to it.
