AllFinance is a fintech service where users can compare offers on loans, bank cards, insurance products, as well as manage personal finances and investments.
The client wanted to minimize costs and risks, so developing an MVP (minimum viable product) was the best solution. After confirming the users' need for the product, we started releasing new versions of the app every two weeks.
Our main goal was to create a universal platform that would simplify financial planning for users.
The client has set two main tasks for us:
1. Integration with various solutions that will allow you to quickly receive up-to-date data on bank offers and insurance.
2. The possibility of registration of CTP.
When creating an MVP development project, it was necessary to determine the main functionality that would show the value of the product. For AllFinance, we focused on a minimal but functional version that allowed users to immediately start working with loans, cards, cryptocurrencies, and investments. This was the first step to further expand and improve the product based on user feedback and experience.
Discovery phase
The project started with a prototype that the client had prepared in advance. After that, our team conducted a market research of financial applications and an audit of competitors. This made it possible to adapt the design solution, preserving the main ideas of the customer, but strengthening them due to modern UX trends and eliminating the weaknesses of analogues.
User Interface development
The application concept was formed, user scenarios were defined, and interactive prototypes were created. At this stage, the UX/UI design, the logic of user interaction with the application and the convenience of navigation were worked out.
Mobile application development
We have created a cross-platform solution that allows us to simultaneously cover different sites, reducing development time.
Testing and release
Before the product was released, we conducted multi-level testing to ensure that there were no errors and that the application was as ready as possible for use.
Based on user feedback, we are refining the application, adding new functionality and improving the UX.
